SPINACH PIE--This recipe came from Alex Tsipiris' Grandmother. The combination of Ricotta and Feta Cheeses, Eggs, Melted Butter and Spinach stuffed between layers of Buttery Phyllo Leaves is Baked till Golden Brown and best served warm with a crisp leafy green salad.
